Ramiele goes home

Ryan next does the segment abut how our "Idol Gives Back" money was spent - please forgive me - I'm a bit pressed for time, so I'm not going to go into detail about it.

Next up is Dolly Parton - she's performing "Jesus and Gravity," from her latest album, "Backwoods Barbie." It's crazy how thin she is - I think her style is a bit gaudy, but she's such a sweet woman. Her voice sounds kind of shaky to me, but then again, I'm not familiar with her music at all, so maybe that's what she always sounds like. I don't want to criticize her any way, so I'll just say that her music is not really my thing.

She's just such a sweetheart - she says there are no hard feelings after Simon said her music sounded alike and says that he tells the truth - someone has to, and tells Simon that he has a free pass to Dollywood. She then thanks them for having her - that she's been trying to be on the show since it started and that she thinks Simon is cool.

OK - so back to the results. Ryan asks Randy who he thinks is out and he says Ramiele. Simon just says it's not going to be Brooke. After a heart-felt speech from Brooke about why she's so emotional, Ryan tells her she is safe.

It's down to Ramiele and Kristy Lee and he tells Kristy she is safe for another week. Ramiele is the next to go home and she's crying. Phew - so now I'm up 8 out of 15.

I will admit that while I knew she had to go, I got teared up watching Rami's reaction.

Kristy had better be next.

It was sad, yes, but she is not an American Idol.

Sorry.

Did Jason screw up the lyrics? I don't know if the "Hawaiian guys" version is all jumbled up, but I felt like the verses got all jumbled up. He did a good job, but I was totally distracted by the order of the song.

I would TOTALLY bang Ramielle, wow, what a little hottie! She's so tiny!
