Kristy Lee Cook next to join bottom three

Next up is Kristy Lee Cook. She brings out a sheet of paper that says "Kristy's seat" and says that it's for her stool over by Ramiele. She says she's prepared to be in the bottom three, and that she'd rather be in the bottom three than not on the show at all. Ryan asks her, "Do you think you are going over there, really? Is that why you made that?" She says, "Yeah." He says she doesn't know the results - they're secret - and goes on to go over what she sang and he's in the middle of going over the judges' comments and when he gets to Simon, she says, "Do I really have to hear what Simon had to say?" and Ryan says, "No." He tells her that America voted and that the note is leading her to the right spot - she is in the bottom three tonight.

Pretty funny stuff. You may have noticed that Seacrest looked a little irked when he saw her note. I'm fairly sure that the way the show works is that the contestants are told in advance whether or not they're going to be in the bottom 3, to avoid emotional outbursts and keep the show under control. Kristy was probably violating a part of her contract with American Idol (don't let viewers know that you know in advance whether you're going to the bottom 3). If you watched her attitude after that whole incident, she looked angry. My wife and I call her "Miss Crazypants" now ... watch for weird behavior from her.

The way she is going, she is going to end up in third.

She made a comment on Tuesday night too. I bet that cost her some votes. Its just a matter of time before she is out and good riddance to her when she leaves.

She really needs to go. How ridiculous that the "vote for the worst" site has the power to keep her in this contest. She is the Sanjaya of Season 7.

Go home, Kristy.

i actually thing she realizes she's this year's sanjaya and WANTS to go home...i think that explains her change in attitude.
